aertly ("aertly", "we", "us", "our") operates the website at Aertly.com and the associated software platform (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit Aertly.com or use the Service. aertly is based in Victoria, Australia, and this Policy is designed to address our obligations under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles ("APPs"), the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"), as applicable to visitors and customers in those regions.

  • Billing details, processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe — aertly does not store full payment card numbers.
  • Communications you send us, including support requests and contact form submissions.
  • Content you create or upload within the Service, such as saved campaigns, lists, and notes.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data, such as pages visited, features used, and timestamps.
  • Device and connection data, such as IP address, browser type, and operating system.
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Cookies and Tracking Technologies below).

Business lead data

As part of the Service, aertly searches and aggregates publicly available and licensed third-party business information — such as business names, addresses, phone numbers, and public review or rating data — to help you identify prospective customers. This information relates primarily to businesses rather than to the personal accounts of our customers, although it may include personal information where a sole trader or named contact is publicly listed against a business. aertly does not knowingly collect non-public personal information about third parties through this feature.

  • With service providers and sub-processors who help us operate the Service, including Supabase (database hosting and authentication), Stripe (payment processing and billing), OpenAI (AI-assisted features within the Service), third-party business-data providers used to source lead information, and cloud infrastructure and hosting providers.
  • As required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of aertly, our users, or others.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy continuing to apply to your information.

07International Data Transfers

aertly is based in Victoria, Australia, and our service providers may process information in other countries, including the United States. Where we transfer personal information from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to countries that have not been deemed to provide an adequate level of protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, to help ensure your information remains protected consistently with this Policy.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer required for these purposes, we securely delete or anonymise it.

If you are in Australia (Privacy Act 1988 and the APPs)

You may request access to and correction of the personal information we hold about you under Australian Privacy Principles 12 and 13. 11Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
